My P90X Workout Week 8

My P90x Workout Journal Week 81FitLifeP90x Week 8- Lean Schedule It’s time for another recovery week before the third and final phase of the program. Recovery Week includes:

  • Yoga X
  • Core Synergistics
  • Kenpo X
  • X Stretch
  • Cardio X
  • Yoga X
  • Rest Day

I am still doing X Stretch in place of Yoga. And to further switch things up and keep me motivated, I added Les Mills Combat Plyo HIIT instead of Cardio X this week. No offense against Tony or P90x intended. I just need music to pump me up. The Les Mills Combat soundtrack definitely brings the noise! Now if they combined the Combat music with P90x that would be a crazy combination. All in favor say so in the comments below.
