A berry good breakfast indeed! If you want something to get you started that will last the morning and then some, try this menu idea.
- 1 Red – Greek yogurt
- 2 Purple- my favorite fruit combo of grapes and strawberries
- 2 Yellow – an English muffin
- 2 tsp. -Peanut butter or other nut butter
I like to slice the strawberries and grapes so the juices blend. If you find there is not enough peanut or nut butter on your English muffin add a few slices of strawberries in place of jam. Taste better and saves you a mouthful of sugar. Your hips will thank you too.
